Mad Professor Deep Blue Delay

This one is really an excellent and compact delay. It can go from slapback to very ambient delay sounds with ease.

What intrigued me about this particular design was that it is a digital delay that many players swear sounds as warm as an analog. I just had to find out! After building the pedal, i have to say it sounds very musical and warm and lives up to its name. I also like the fact that it is only 3 knobs (like most analog delays) - making it very easy to adjust. I have had a few digital delays and eventually sold them because they were too much hassle to adjust.

So, all in all, this is a very good sounding, yet compact and easy to dial in delay pedal that offers significant delay times as well - ticks every box in my book!
